What if ‘all if fine and dandy’ but you happen to feel (a little) lost in your Personal and/or Professional life?
Personally – it may be that your relationships and family lives are going great but you somehow still feel like you are not ‘where you are meant to be’ or are not living to the potential you believe that you are capable of.
Professionally – you may be feeling in a similar conundrum. Perhaps you have invested years of study and work into a career you no longer feel the commitment or the spark for. Or, it may be that you are in the early days of your working career and you want someone to be accountable to & someone who can help you develop in directions you have envisioned for yourself. Another not so uncommon situation is that you might be in transition between what you are doing and what you want to be doing. Been there, done all those in my own specific ways, so I get it.
Two of our ‘higher-order’ human needs (ie one of those we seek to meet once our
basic, primary needs have been met) are the need to GROW and the need to
CONTRIBUTE. Coaching / mentoring sessions can help you progress to better
versions of yourself consciously and intentionally. They can also help you clarify how to grow beyond what you thought possible & to contribute to the wider world out there in a way that is meaningful and true to you.
Being in the roles of psychologist, coach and mentor for nearly two decades now – I know what it takes to have your back and help you develop your own agency around these predicaments. Also, having years of support by my invaluable supervisors, therapists and a mentor has taught me how to keep accountable, to move in the direction/s that make sense to me and my heart and to live more authentically and wholeheartedly.
