The number of your sessions will depend on the complexity of your problems. For instance, someone suffering from panic attacks may need up to 6 sessions of treatment, whereas a person who struggles with self-harm or extensive grief or trauma is likely to need more time to work through their concerns or even just to begin with the process.
In the Initial session, Goals are Set and they are Reviewed in all Subsequent session (if this is what you want). Goals can be used as a measure of how far you have come and how far you still may want to go.
Sessions of online therapy are 50-60 minutes.
We understand that “life happens” to everyone, which can result in you missing an appointment. We have, however, set an hour of our time to support you. The hour missed means that someone else missed out on the help they needed. We charge a ‘late reschedule’ fee in all circumstances. By not charging you a total price for the hour you have missed, we demonstrate compassion for your circumstances. We are asking that you meet us halfway.
After confirming it with us (or if you do not notify us of a reschedule), we charge a full fee for the appointed hour.
